WBENC’s Success Track to Government Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Certification | Why Get It and What Do I Do With It Once I Have It?

This panel will detail WOSB and what it can do for your business. We will focus on how to obtain WOSB Certification and why you should certify through WBENC. Attendees will learn about differences between government programs and how to secure new business as a result of your WOSB status. Panelists will be from Government Agencies as well as WBEs that have successfully navigated the federal maze.

Leadership Metrocrest Academy, a program sponsored by the Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce, will feature Royalyn Reid as a keynote speaker at their Business Excellence Day this April 13th. Royalyn Reid will share her expertise in ‘Building a Successful Business’.

CMI In the Community

The Medrano PRIDE Community Service Program is a CMI-sponsored, three-year initiative-driven program encouraging all Medrano Middle School students to get involved with their community and to serve others.

This year, Medrano Middle School’s students rose to the challenge of writing more than 4,000 holiday letters to service men and women who were not able to come home and spend the holidays with their families. The students not only met their school-wide goal, they exceeded it by writing more than the desired 4,000 letters.

It is so important to give back to the community, and it is tremendously encouraging to see these students excited about giving to others and making a difference.
